Welcome to Galeria (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our sticker organization application.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
- Email address (via Google Sign-In)
- Full name
- Profile picture (from your Google account)
- License key activation status
2.2 Sticker Data
- Images you upload to the application
- Sticker metadata (names, categories, tags, colors)
- File information (size, dimensions, upload date)
- Source information (local upload or cloud import)
2.3 Google Drive Integration (Optional)
- Read-only access to your Google Drive files (only when you explicitly connect)
- OAuth tokens to maintain the connection
- File metadata from selected images
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Galeria service
- Authenticate and identify you when you log in
- Store and organize your sticker collection
- Enable Google Drive integration when you choose to connect
- Verify license key activation
- Improve our service and user experience
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Where We Store Your Data
Your data is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure with the following measures:
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Database access is restricted to authenticated users only
- OAuth tokens are securely stored and encrypted
- Regular security updates and monitoring
4.2 Image Storage
Uploaded sticker images are stored securely in cloud storage. Images imported from Google Drive are copied to our storage and do not affect your original files in Google Drive.
5. Google Drive Integration
5.1 Data Accessed
When you choose to connect your Google account to Galeria, we access the following Google user data:
- Basic Profile Information: Your email address, name, and profile picture (via Google Sign-In)
- Google Drive Files: Read-only access to image files stored in your Google Drive
- File Metadata: File names, sizes, types, and thumbnails of images you choose to import
We only access your Google Drive files when you explicitly initiate an import. We never access files automatically or in the background.
5.2 Data Usage
We use Google user data for the following purposes:
- Authentication: Your Google profile information is used to create and authenticate your Galeria account
- File Import: When you select images from Google Drive, we download copies of those files to import them into your sticker collection
- Display: Your profile picture and name are displayed in the application interface
- Organization: Imported images are processed to extract metadata (dimensions, file size) for better organization
We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the core functionality of Galeria.
5.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Infrastructure Providers: We use Supabase for secure data storage and Base44 for application infrastructure. These services process your data solely to provide their services to us and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose data if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
- Security: We may share data to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
Your Google OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your Google account credentials or OAuth tokens with any third parties.
5.4 Data Storage & Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your Google user data:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and Google’s servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Encryption at Rest: OAuth tokens are encrypted before being stored in our database
- Access Controls: Only you can access your sticker collection and imported files. We implement strict authentication and authorization checks
- Secure Infrastructure: Our application is hosted on secure, monitored infrastructure with regular security updates
- Limited Permissions: We only request the minimum Google Drive permissions necessary (read-only access to files you select)
Images imported from Google Drive are stored separately from your original Drive files. Deleting images in Galeria does not affect your original files in Google Drive.
5.5 Data Retention & Deletion
Data Retention:
- We retain your Google profile information (email, name, profile picture) for as long as your Galeria account is active
- Imported sticker images are stored indefinitely until you delete them or delete your account
- OAuth tokens are retained to maintain your Google Drive connection until you disconnect or delete your account
Data Deletion:
You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time:
- Delete Individual Stickers: Click on any sticker in your gallery and use the delete button to permanently remove it
- Disconnect Google Drive: You can revoke Galeria’s access to Google Drive at any time through your Google Account permissions page. This will remove our access tokens but will not delete your imported stickers from Galeria.
- Delete Your Account: Contact us at plannerunico@gmail.com to request full account deletion. Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Permanently delete all your sticker data and images
- Remove your Google profile information from our systems
- Delete all OAuth tokens and connection data
- Complete the deletion within 30 days of your request
Please note: Deleting your Galeria account or stickers does not affect your original files in Google Drive. Your Drive files remain intact and unchanged.
5.6 Revoking Access
You can revoke Galeria’s access to your Google account at any time:
After revoking access, you will no longer be able to import new files from Google Drive, but your previously imported stickers will remain in your Galeria collection unless you delete them manually.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party services (Supabase, Google OAuth) necessary to operate our application
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights and safety
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: View all your stored stickers and account information
- Update: Edit sticker names, categories, tags, and other metadata
- Delete: Remove individual stickers or your entire collection at any time
- Export: Download your sticker collection
- Disconnect: Revoke Google Drive access through your Google Account settings
- Account Deletion: Contact us to delete your account and all associated data
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and remember your preferences (such as dark mode settings). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties.
9. Children’s Privacy
Galeria is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this privacy policy.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this privacy policy periodically.
